Drivestream is a global management consulting and technology services firm specializing
in implementing, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting PeopleSoft applications. Cyret
and Drivestream will team up to leverage Cyret's global presence and large JD Edwards
and Oracle E-Business suite customer base to fulfill the opportunities in Peoplesoft
applications.
Mar 11, 2010 Cyret Technologies, a Capitol Hill Systems Company, signs reseller agreement
with Magic Software.
This reseller agreement will help Cyret in extending its ability to seamlessly integrate
JD Edwards and SAP application to other business applications using Magic Software's
leading integration iBolt product. Magic Software will in turn benefit from Cyret's reach
in the global enterprise application space. Cyret will also leverage Magic's development
platform, Unipass, to build other applications like Mobile enabling certain business
functions.

a definitive
agreement to acquire assets of Chennai, India based company. The acquired business provides
comprehensive consulting and professional services to Oracle E-Business Suite customers
in India, Middle East and Africa. This acquisition will further increase Cyret's reach in
the Enterprise Application services business.
